Delivery Information


We deliver our products Australia wide using our preferred couriers as well as delivering ourselves in the Sydney metro area.
Shipping times are estimated at between 1 to 10 Days depending on your location within Australia. 
Please note we do not deliver to a PO Box addresses

Delivery cost

To check your delivery cost, enter your postcode, select your suburb then click on “Calculate Shipping”. If purchasing multiple items, add all the products to the shopping cart then click on “View Cart. The combined delivery cost can be calculated by using the shipping estimator in the shopping cart.
When delivery price comes up $0.00 on check out page email us with your delivery details or ring us and we will promptly give you a delivery price.

All prices shown are in AUD and inc GST. Please note we are unable to deliver to a PO Box as we need photo Id and a copy of the online receipt when delivery is made. We recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside of your house. Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside.

Palm Tree Enterprise Australia reserves the right to charge an additional $50.00 for re-directed deliveries and waiting time at delivery address. Change to delivery instructions after the unit has been dispatched will also incur additional charges.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to selected cities only. To check if your area is eligible for free shipping, simply select your product, enter your postcode, select your suburb then click on “Calculate Shipping”.

Free shipping only applies to products that display the “FREE shipping” logo.


Delivery process

All orders “IN STOCK” are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse on the next business day.

If the item is not in stock, an order would be placed with our supplier immediately, please allow 2-3 business days for the stock to arrive into our warehouse.

If the supplier is out of stock, we will contact you to advise the estimated time of arrival. You have the choice of waiting for the stock to arrive, change to another product or cancel the order and receive a full refund on your payment.

You will be notified by email once the unit is dispatched, shipping details will be supplied in the email so you can track our order online.


Delivery Times

Allow three days for payment and processing of orders.  If an order is placed after 3:00pm standard Eastern Time please allow one extra day. We do our best to deliver to you on your requested delivery date and will contact you as soon as possible if this cannot be done. Next day delivery service is achievable if we are able to do so and payment has been received. Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday.

To confirm someone will be home to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange a delivery day prior to delivery.

Our courier driver will require a signature on delivery, so someone must be home to sign for the delivery.

If you are not present, a family member or friend can sign on your behalf.

If no one is home, a calling card will be left in your letter box with the courier’s contact details.

You will need to call them to reschedule another delivery day.

If there is clear vision of harm to your delivered equipment or any obvious evidence that the goods are damaged, do not accept the delivery and do not sign the delivery docket.


Same Day Delivery

We offer same day delivery service for Sydney metropolitan areas only.

Only applicable for items “IN STOCK” and orders must be placed before 12pm.


Insurance during transit

All our products are fully insured for damages during transit. If your product is damaged on arrival, notify us immediately and we will organise a replacement for you. If the damage is clearly visible on arrival, please make a note of this on the delivery docket when signing for the delivery.


Store pickup

Please order online and click store pickup.

Pick up is available at Caringbah, Condell Park and Prestons

Trading hours:

Mon- Friday       8am – 5pm

Saturday              8am – 1pm

If you place your order online, we will contact you once your item is ready for collection.

If you wish to pay and pick up at our store, please contact us to confirm stock availability prior to attending.

(Some items may need to be transferred from our off site warehouse)
