Returns Policy

To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer’s possession. Please see Our Warranty Terms and Conditions in relation to warranty claims.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all products sold at PTEA.com.au are able to be returned for change of mind purposes under this policy. Where a product listing specifically states that the product is not able to be returned under this policy (usually due to health and safety reasons), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted. All returns are subject to the PTEA Returns Policy Terms & Conditions, and the PTEA Website Terms and Conditions.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

Applies to Palm Tree Enterprise Australia Products(PTEA)

At PTEA, we stand behind Our product! That’s why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on all PTEA branded products unless otherwise stated in a product listing. If for any reason You are unsatisfied with Your purchase of PTEA branded product, You can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the Product and receive either a store credit or refund of the purchase price of Your Product (excluding initial delivery charges).

All Other Brand Products

e.g RIGID, Apple, Rothenberger,  etc.

For all goods other than PTEA branded Products, if for any reason You are unsatisfied with Your purchase, You can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the Product and receive either a store credit or refund of the purchase price of Your Product (excluding initial delivery charges and a re-stocking fee). The re-stocking fee for these Products will be 20% of the original purchase price, or $50 (whichever is lower). Where a product listing specifically excludes returns under this policy, no returns under this policy will be permitted.

Returns Policy Terms & Conditions

  1. In order to organise a return under these terms and conditions, You must notify PTEA at info@ptea.com.au  within 14 days of taking delivery of Your Product and request a return under this Policy. You must comply with the directions of PTEA staff in order to facilitate Your return.
  2. To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by You during the time the Product is in Your possession. The Product is deemed to be in Your possession until the Product is received by Us pursuant to this Policy.
  3. Where the Product is not a PTEA branded product, a re-stocking fee will also apply. The re-stocking fee will be calculated at 20% of the original purchase price, or $50 (whichever is lower). Where the Product is a PTEA branded product, no re-stocking fee will apply.
  4. The 14 day period within which You are eligible to make a return under this Policy commences on the date that You accept delivery of Your Product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the Product.
  5. The Product must be returned to PTEA within 10 business days of Your request to return Your Product under this Policy.
  6. You must return the Products for which You are seeking a store credit or refund at Your own cost and You must comply with the directions for returning the Product that PTEA staff provide to You.
  7. After receiving the returned Products, PTEA will issue a store credit or refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
  8. PTEA reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy without notice.

Refunds will be issued once the item have arrived back into our warehouse and the item have been inspected per our conditions of return.
